SHIPPING / DELIVERY:

Our processing times are currently 2-3 business days for in-stock items. For any items labeled "Made to Order" please see that product's description to find out how long it will take us to make your item for you! For any questions about this please contact us.

While we are not responsible for packages once they are with the shipping carrier, we will certainly do what we can to help track down your package. Get in touch with us for assistance.

Occasionally it takes 1-2 business days for USPS to update your tracking number once your package has been dropped off. If it persists longer, feel free to get in touch with us and we can help!

Currently we only ship within the United States, but hope to soon offer international shipping options.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for new, unused merchandise complete with original packaging and must be initiated within 7 days of package delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or repair that item at no cost. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item.
